The acetylene recovery and concentration technology developed by ZYUC. was successfully applied in the second phase of Dongyuan Chemical BDO project in November 2022, and the acetylene tail gas recovery and concentration were successfully achieved. The acetylene content in the recovered tail gas and the concentration of analytically recovered acetylene were higher than the expected indicators. During the actual operation, the operating flexibility of the device is broader than expected, the operation is more convenient, and the safety is also highly guaranteed。
Successful Operation of Pakistan Chlorinated Paraffin Project
In Mar 2023, under the effects of our engineers, the 15,000 tons per year Chlorinated Paraffin facilities in Pakistan designed by Sichuan Zhongyuan United Chemical Co., Ltd (hereafter ZYUC as abbreviation) are successfully debagged and come into production, in which ZYUC is fully responsible for basic & detailed engineering, supervision of site construction & installation, commissioning and performance testing works; and the 42#, 52#, 62# chlorinated paraffins are produced and successfully passed the acceptance checks.
