Recently, 530kg / D sodium sulfate process technology package developed by our company for supporting salt water desulfate process was successfully put into one-time commissioning in a chlor alkali chemical enterprise. The project was installed and tested by our company's assigned designers. The project successfully solved the problem of waste solid treatment after salt water desulfate, which has been bothered by customers for many years. The process adopts evaporation concentration technology, and the performance of the product exceeds the first grade quality standard of sodium sulfate. It is particularly worth mentioning that the evaporator developed by our company for this working condition completely avoids the disadvantages of the conventional evaporator, which is easy to crystallize and block. The unique structural design makes the material circulation inside the evaporator more uniform and smooth, more energy-saving and environmental protection, and the overall operation is simple and stable. During the installation and implementation of the project, COVID-19 was affected, and the related parties overcome difficulties and finally put into operation. At present, the project has reached the capacity of acceptance, and has been praised and recognized by customers!
