Recently, Kazakhstan's largest chemical project, the Integrated Petroleum and Chemical Industry (IPCI) project, held a completion and production ceremony, and Kazakhstan's President Tokayev attended the production ceremony. The IPCI project is the largest chemical project and the first polyolefin project in Kazakhstan. It is an important achievement in response to the implementation of the "the Belt and Road" initiative and in deepening China Kazakhstan capacity cooperation.
The construction of the project mainly includes the general contracting of the design, procurement, construction, start-up and performance assessment of utilities required for the 500000 t/a propane dehydrogenation (PDH) to propylene unit and polypropylene (PP) unit. The successful completion and operation of the project will provide important support for promoting the upgrading of Kazakhstan's petrochemical industry and effectively promote the local economic and social development.
ZYUC is honored to participate in the start-up service of PP plant. To this end, a team of more than ten people consisting of process operators, equipment and analysts was set up and rushed to the site in May 2022. Through strict study and management, all personnel are integrated into the project commissioning work. Because of their keen learning and rich experience in chemical operation technology, they have become the key backbone of the success or failure of the start-up and commissioning, and have been unanimously praised by all parties.
ZYUC has been committed to the export of advanced technology and high-quality technical services for many years, especially after the "the Belt and Road" initiative, and has taken more firm steps.
