Recently, Shifang Zhenjiang Chemical Co., Ltd. entrusted our company to carry out a comprehensive hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) and layer of protection analysis (LOPA) on its existing production units, comprehensively check the safety operation risks of existing units and the adequacy of existing protection measures, and carry out SIL analysis on whether the identified risks meet the requirements after adding layer of protection. In the future, our company will carry out SIS system design according to the requirements of the state on the safety production of chemical enterprises and the rectification opinions of this analysis report, so as to improve the safety level and response level of the existing devices as a whole and systematically. At present, HAZOP and LOPA analysis reports have been reviewed by provincial, municipal and county emergency management departments and relevant experts, and have been unanimously approved. At the same time, experts also put forward some suggestions for further improvement, which makes the safety of the device more systematic and complete. Our company will further promote the design and implementation of improvement measures, and complete the comprehensive service from evaluation - Review - sis design - equipment supply - installation guidance - operation acceptance, so as to create greater value for customers.
