The main product of Shifang Hongmai Chemical Co., Ltd. is liquid ammonia, with 2 × 200m3 and 3 × 300m3 liquid ammonia tanks, which is a national major hazard source. Recently, our company has completed hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) and layer of protection analysis (LOPA) of the project through on-site investigation and analysis and research of engineering technical data. Our company organized the provincial, municipal and county level expert group to review the analysis. The relevant experts and leaders of the Emergency Management Bureau jointly confirmed that the report met the actual situation of the production site, put forward appropriate protection measures, SIL analysis met the requirements, agreed to pass the review conclusion, and put forward improvement suggestions for some details. In the next step, we will seize the time to design and complete SIS system to protect the safety production of customers.
