Its fourth generation production technology has reached the international leading level, which has been appraised by the Ministry of science and technology of the people's Republic of China. ZYUC can provide customers with the most advanced low concentration carbon dioxide one-step potassium carbonate production equipment and technology in the world. This technology has the following advantages:
(1)Carbon dioxide from boiler tail gas is used as raw material for producing potassium carbonate, thus reducing the atmospheric emissions of carbon dioxide.
(2)The carbon dioxide in the tail gas of boiler is a simple source without the cost of purchasing carbon dioxide. The cost of the production of potassium carbonate was reduced.
(3)ZYUC's potassium carbonate technology is to directly produce solid potassium carbonate products by reacting co2 and potassium hydroxide solutions in a fluidized bed reactor. Evaporation and chemical reactions of potassium carbonate solutions are carried out simultaneously in the fluidized bed reactor.
(4)The potassium carbonate produced by ZYUC's potassium carbonate technology has uniform particle size and high dissolution rate.
(5)DCS control is adopted in the whole set of devices, with high degree of automation, no manual operation is required on site.
(6)Our potassium carbonate plant is capable of stable production at 30%-120% load.
