1.Hydrogenated unit
The hydrogenation reactor adopts two internal separation fixed bed, and the fixed bed hydrogen circulation system is added.
Using working liquid and hydrogenated liquid to carry out liquid-liquid heat exchange process, the size of working liquid preheater and hydrogenated liquid cooler can be reduced while the consumption of water vapor and cooling water can be reduced.
2.Oxidation unit
The oxidation reactor provided by ZYUC adopts an external separation two-section bubble tower with a plate gas distributor in the tower.
The oxidation reactor adopts the most advanced and reasonable external half tube heat exchange structure of the tower. Compared with the internal half tube heat exchange structure, the external half tube heat exchange structure of the tower not only does not occupy the reaction space of the reactor, but also has high oxidation reaction yield, good heat exchange effect and easy maintenance.
The combined treatment of the oxidation tail gas by expansion unit and activated carbon adsorption not only no longer consumes low temperature cooling water, but also utilizes the pressure of the oxidation tail gas to recover the organic compounds in the oxidation tail gas and reduce the consumption of heavy aromatic hydrocarbons.
3.Extraction unit
The extraction tower provided by ZYUC has added an umbrella separator at the head of the extraction tower, which not only improves the operation flexibility of the tower, but also reduces the operation load of the later process, and reduces the consumption of deionized water and potassium carbonate.
4.Post-processing unit
The post-treatment process provided by ZYUC realizes the continuous operation of the potassium carbonate evaporation system, which not only realizes the centralized control and continuous operation of the whole unit, but also reduces the labor intensity of the operator. In addition, the liquid filter adopts the most advanced bag type and metal sintering tube type fine filter. Compared with the original filter type, this type not only reduces the size of the equipment, but also has high filtration precision and does not need cleaning.
