We started the research and development of trichloroisocyanuric acid products in 1980, and established China's first production facility in 1982. So far, 15 sets of production facilities have been built and renovation services have been provided for more than 20 factories.

We started the research and development of trichloroisocyanuric acid products in 1980, and established China's first production facility in 1982. So far, 15 sets of production facilities have been built and renovation services have been provided for more than 20 factories.

Our fifth generation trichloroisocyanuric acid production technology is based on the new automatic continuous production technology developed by chlor-alkali enterprises, which has reached the international leading level. Its technology mainly has the following advantages:

1.The device has realized continuous reaction, continuous production, automatic control, the device is zero emission technology, the whole production process without any waste discharge.

2.Caustic soda, chlorine gas, hydrochloric acid and other products produced by the chlor-alkali plant can be used as raw materials for production of the plant. The sodium chloride wastewater produced by the plant can be reused for chlor-alkali plant after treatment.

3.External circulation continuous trichloroisocyanuric acid reactor, the maximum production capacity of a single equipment can reach 12,000 tons per year.

4.The device is designed with the concept of intrinsically safe, which can minimize the generation of side reactions and reduce the generation of by-reactant NCl3 in the production process. The whole reaction system is designed for negative pressure reaction, which eliminates the production accident caused by operation error.

5.The advanced mother liquor treatment technology can reduce the COD of the sodium chloride wastewater returned to the chlor-alkali plant to less than 8g/L, which fully meets the production needs of the chlor-alkali plant.

6.Low raw material consumption, chlorine consumption is only 920kg/ ton of products, cyanuric acid consumption is 620kg/ton of products.

7.The sodium dichloroethylcyanourate products produced by the joint production technology, using trichloroisocyanuric acid and caustic soda raw materials, the production process is more simple, less investment, lower energy consumption, production process without any waste discharge.
