1.The whole process from multi-effect concentration of calcium chloride solution to integrated drying and production of anhydrous calcium chloride by granulator is fully automated (considering the particularity of materials, semi-automatic packaging is adopted for packaging).

2.In the granulation and drying system, there is no need for additional manual feeding of the fluidized bed granulator, which greatly reduces the operation intensity.

3.The overall thermal efficiency of the system is high. The whole system makes full use of the heat of tail gas, solution and condensed water. The multi-stage and multi-point heat exchange is designed. It greatly reduces the energy consumption.

4.Each empty point adopts multi-stage washing and defogging design to ensure the dust removal effect while recycling materials and ensure that the discharged gas meets the environmental protection requirements.

5.The equipment structure is simple, the operation point is few, the main machine does not need to maintain, the other related auxiliary machine is conventional mature conveying machinery, the maintenance quantity is small.
